so, apparently they hop that bus onto the railroad tracks and fold down the other set of wheels, drive it to union station, and unfold the "wings" .
the whole thing is so they can clean the ceilings. the yellow flappy things are to catch the debris from the power washer..

and, yeah, LV, definately some high grade construction. they hired walsh construction. apparently the port-o-potty is for if they decide to use it to go out to some viaduct in bumblefuck illinois.
