Back on Effexor after 2 years or so, I wasn't in crisis mode yet or anything, but the last few months showed the depression was again progressing, and I decided to act now instead of later. At least I'm used to the prosthetic enough (and my blood-sugars are in enough control) to take a full walk around the neighborhood to get my activity levels up...
