My MMA training is going well. I am training in MMA not to fight but to get into better shape and learn some things.
In 3 weeks of doing this i have cut 50 seconds off of my sprint times. Which i feel great about my goal is to drop another 10 seconds. It may not be much but it really does make me feel better.
