I will talk about my favorite characters of comics. DC my favorite is Batman. Marvel my favorite is Hulk.
I love the Batman universe, his characters and villains are very intense. And I like his personality and resilience.
Now about the Hulk, I like how nobody can control him, and his strength in many ways...

I think in terms of depth of character one of my favourites would have to be Captain Britain. The stories and quality of the first few years of Excalibur were simply amazing. Captain Britain had a great deal of power but struggled with the burden of it, even resorting to alcoholism for a time. It is a different spin on the obligations of power.
