With the picture of my hands made by lovely @aonbheannach , and with many thanks to hardworking @rambo and @missy for the new BH topics, I'll be short but true. It is the right way support that makes me happy when I feel low.
And everything is able to be mentioned by the word "support". Comfort, cheering up, restful loneliness, success... Just everything. I don't mean the support from a living person like friend or someone special or anyone only, I mean the support from the world i am in. If I feel sad and low but it's ok for me, the world around me takes care of me and my gloomy state helps me to get rest, ability to think over something or inspiration. If I feel low in a bad way, the world around me gives me a tip of how to feel better; the random people, little pleasures, even just a weather changing - everything can restore the inner harmony.
Just let yourself to get rid of the fear to feel better. Just be natural and able to get what life gives to you. Do not let yourself suffer only because of the fact you think you don't deserve the better thing. Each of us is just a human, but each of us worths the best. So do you. Remember that and follow your inner voice, not your hidden daemons.
Returning to my picture... as the Slavic peoples say, hold yourself in your hands; do not be too strict to yourself for not bringing yourself into eternal stressing state, but take care of yourself and do not let yourself feel the really depressed states just because something or somebody makes you believe you deserve the virtually eternal pain and discomfort.
