I called in sick for work today, and just called for Jury Duty and they don't need me (or any other jurors) today either. Time to go to bed.
Blah. I hate being sick. At least I stopped throwing up.

It sound like you might have pneumonia. When I did, I coughed so hard I cracked two ribs. Just go to the doctor and see if they can figure out what's wrong.

After my pneumonia, I've had an Albuterol inhaler because my bronchial tubes were so fucked up. THAT's what I get for waiting to go to the doctor.
