So I am on the search for a kitten. I can't adopt from the local MSPCA because my boyfriends mom hasn't taken Gypsy and Jellybean to the vet since they moved from NJ (When Justin was in High School) and the MSPCA wants proof that they are up to date on their shots. I have no way of proving that they are up to date on their shots or even have a number for them to call. Me and Justin had found a kitten that we really wanted to adopt but because of this we couldn't adopt him. I have been really upset since I found out yesterday.
I am trying to see if I can go thru some of the other adoption agencies in the area but they may ask the same thing and want to know that information and all I have is her word that they are to date.
So if anyone in my area or in the Quincy area knows of anyone that has kittens available please let me know. I really didn't want to just get a kitten from anyone because they aren't always checked out by a vet. I don't want to get a kitten and fall in love with it and not be able to keep it because its sick.
