Today marks one year and eight months with me and Justin. So far the relationship has outlasted my first longest relationship which was a year and three months. My second longest relationship was about two years and six months, after taking out the break up months. I usually said three years because it was easier than explaining.

I am in such a better place in my life than I have ever been. Three years ago I was very immature. I have grown up a lot. Instead of my mother yelling at me saying that she is disappointed in me she has told me that she is proud. For one of the first times in my life my parents are proud of me. Moving out of my parents house and in with Justin was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. Me and Justin are as happy as the day that we started dating. I still cant believe that he has liked me for as long as he has. I have known him for 5 years or so and he has liked me since he met me. When I finally told him that I loved him he just smiled and said finally. He didnt say it back right away, it only took a day. I remember we were in my parents basement watching TV before I had to go to bed and I was laying down on the couch and I told him to come over to me. He walked over and laid on top of me. I looked him right in the face and said Justin R. Gamache, I love you. It was such a perfect moment. He kissed me after he said finally and we went back to watching Adult Swim together. Gotta love cartoons!
