this weekend i watched roller derby for the first time and it was so fun! i figured that i would like it, but boy was i right. it is clearly going to become a staple in my life now. i went with my friend Jenn, which was nice because i hadnt seen her in a while and she just broke up with her girlfriend so i think it was a bit cathartic to see some good hitting. also, we both have really wanted to go and see this, and we know nothing about it. so basically we taught ourselves. now we have a lot of learning to do. i know what i'll be doing this week lol. and, as a bonus, it seems that Montreal is pretty good at roller derby 
the team game we played against Toronto, and kicked but, winning 330 to 113! it was a massacre. but the 2nd game was so much more intense. we played against Pittsburgh and it was a much closer game, 211 to 184 (for us ) over all, sooo fun. yay for new hobbies, even its its a sideline hobbie

I'm MAD in love with derby. There are a fair amount of teams here in NC. So there's always a bunch of bouts to go see. love love LOVE it. always fun, and its great to go support everyone.
