This was meant to be written and put up weeks ago when i originally re joined and after i put that little awkward video of myself but it seems to amaze me how i seem to push my body past its limits and get a bad out come from my own bad decision being made.
To start off for the last week i have had a sharp pain in my left shoulder blade and slowly and slowly it seemed like i was losing my strength in that whole area ( arm, shoulder) being that i am in a commercial surface supply course right now i cant take time off to get it checked out till i really started to realize what was happening and also not knowing the town i also had no idea how long the walk ins were open till i went on friday. After three hours of waiting for the doctor to see me than the wait to get my 180.00 medication fill at the pharmacy i found that i had been fighting chicken pox all over again which isn't fun considering as a adult they are called shingles and are very painful. Me being stubborn and not going to the doctor soon than later had been dealing with pain in my nerves along my left side while trying to constantly hold up my diving training with a complaining to my teachers because i knew i would receive no sympathy for the situation just sucked it up and fought threw the pain.... what doesn't kill you just makes you stronger right.
Even though i have been feeling like shit the last week i was still able to put in my hours and dive for class this week that i am happy about because as of right now honestly diving is all i really have to look forward to each day. This week i have been blacked out and had my tender lead me to two different positions to put a flange together with out my site, also i have been able to start some interesting projects using chain and some buoyant barrels that we will have to move across under water hopefully soon.
here are just a few pics of me preparing to get into the water i have not being able to bring my go pro down yet since the teachers are not convinced yet that we know the spacial area with the helmets under the water .
