So I won some annual award for excellence in sociology that my university gives. Let's hope it comes with money! At least it helps with my grad school apps!

My break was so unproductive. But it was nice. Except for the anxiety about not doing much and biting my tongue. But yeah. Work, sleep, study. Mmm. . .

And I took the week off from eating well and exercising. Gawd, it felt good to get back in the gym today! I went earlier than usual, and "smoked the piss out of" myself, to use Matty's phrasing.

He's planning to do so with his whiney Joes for their 12 mile road march today. Wonder what kind of mood he's going to be in when he gets home. He was planning to torment them after the march if they suck as bad today as they did for their last six mile. . . If they piss him off, he'll probs still be grouchy tonight. Boo.
