Hi all (all 3),

Not too much exciting has been happening in my life (but do not despair, right now p&q is what I crave), so I thought I would introduce you to my best friend. His name is Nemesis.

I first met Nemesis about 10 years ago, when I was living next to a swamp (wetland?) where he lived. He was a big, black, wild, feral cat who snuck into my house, stole food, did bad things to my furniture, and then left. As a cat lover I was immediately intrigued and decided to semi-domesticate this wild animal.

After a year or more of my leaving food out, providing a warm comfy sleeping space, and ignoring his numerous indignities to me and my remaining furniture, Nemesis did settle down and learn to love sharing space. To show me his appreciation he left me half a rabbit every few months (albeit, usually an empty half).

Since then he has proven to be a great companion. He does tend to ignore me when he is busy, he still scratchs me and the furniture, and only accepts a hug when he is in the mood, but he is a fun cat. Nemesis has a great personality, who still likes to play wild, and loves to entertain my friends (he likes to sit on girls).
