Im on some kind of voodoo stretch here its starting to piss me off let me lay it down ok 4 weeks ago I let testosterone get to me and I subsequently went mad heavy in the gym hurting my elbow ok Ive since started taking it easy and figured since the elbow is down I will concentrate on cardio so for week 3 what do I do I bash my heel and totally fuck it up so now Im out of commish on the cardio say ok I get back to the weights but easily, week two Im walking across my buddies lawn and step in a hole and fuck my other ankle now im walking like a fucking duck without knees no cardio but like a trooper Im lifting lightly ok ground zero this week I go rafting with my boy davey and put on sunblock and still get fucking roasted to the point where mt ears are bleeding holy fuck now today I go out for sushi and I havent stopped shitting all fucking nite fucking poisoned by the chef at osaka my ass has been pissing a river, I think I should play lotto b/c this fuckin hell streak has gotta end
