I wish I were able to sleep 
You'd think that after an intense kickboxing class, 1.5 miles, cooking for and entertaining 12 guests, running around with your 1 years old niece while having a major headache, and doing some other errands around the city would exhaust someone enough to make them want to sleep. Nope. Not me. Man, I really need some sleep. But I'm not tired!!

Works great for the occasional time I had too much caffeine too late in the day, or I had a high excitement/stressful event close to when I want to sleep.
I have some liquid Melatonin. It's my best friend. It works great and I don't feel drugged up like I do when I've taken sleeping pills in the past
