Thanks for the wishes. Buuuuuuuuuut... I didn't go for that house afterall. Once I received the Seller's Property Conditions Statement, there were a few things about the house that weren't so satisfactory. I'm glad I didn't go for it though, because I found an even better house.
The house I'm buying is 1150 sq. feet, 1 3/4 story, full basement, two bedrooms plus a den, $10,000.00 remodelled bathroom (which I want to spend 24 hours a day in), appliances included - including a gas range and new built-in dishwasher, patio doors which lead out to a two tier deck, garage, brand new roof, heated front and rear porch, and MORE. I better stop there. I have posession October 14th.
