"Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't." Elle Woods, Legally Blonde.
And so I start this blog post with this incredibly wise quote. I feel like quoting people today.... anyways... the thing is... I joined Curves for women yesterday and couldn't be happier.... I feel so motivated and really want to lose weight... I've lost around 20pounds since last april with no excercise and not a particular diet... and now I want to keep on doing that but doing it the right way... I tried Kickboxing for a while on a off for about two years, but the thing is that the gym I used to go to practice only had kickboxing at 7am and believe me... I am NOT a morning person... I only wake up early when I have to work, go to a film shooting or something... if not... I'd rather sleep in and wake up late and then do everything from noon till really late at night.... so I suppose I'm a little vampire.... or a witch... yeah
anyways... everything aches today and tomorrow I'll go again and do my Curves for Women routine
Now Im not a saint but Im not a sinner Now everything is cool as long as Im getting thinner Lily Allen, The Fear....
.... went to the movies last night with the boyfriend and... watched Rachel getting married.... I really really really liked Anne Hathaway's role in that film... not so much the whole movie.... I actually like Jonathan Demme's work.... I mean I adore The Silence of the Lambs, ever since I was I don't know 12, 13 maybe... that's when I saw it.... anyways... I think he tried too hard to make an "indie" film.... and there are a couple of scenes that last FOREVER! before and during the wedding where everyone wishes the happy couple a great life together and all... and the wedding was neverending.... but still I think it's pretty much worth watching, I've seen way worse films and with not a single outstanding performance, like the one by Anne Hathaway... who happens to be worshiped by my sweetie who actually fell asleep during pretty much the entire film....
anyways... I'm not planning on boring you lovely people with anything else this evening....
all the love and now I'm off to take a shower so I can go out with my roomie and his friends to a gig downtown!
xoxo
