Dear Mr. Rogers,
I was listening to NPR today, and they played an interview with you. I had to have been made in the past few years, because you sounded tired. You spoke of death. The ones you have lost.
I am writing to tell you that you are appreciated, you are loved. You raised an entire world of children. You didn't do it for any reason, but that you cared. You loved.
When i heard the interview, I nearly cried. I cried that my future children wouldn't be raised by you. They wouldnt know Daniel or Lady Elayne. or Owl. I cried because the world had lost a truly great human being.
Goodbye.
