Now, I will list my top 5 drinks, because picking one is too difficult and I'm bad at making decisions :) We also aren't counting water because that's a given. I drink about a gallon a day at least.
5. Turmeric ginger concoctions. Preferably with a little citrus for a sweetener. Have you ever juiced ginger? That's a wake up call
4. Spearmint and Holy Basil tea. I recently started trying to balance my hormones naturally, and I came upon Spearmint a while ago. If you have PCOS, or high testosterone/androgens, spearmint tea is great for that. I add Holy Basil extract to boost immunity, and it's also really great for stress
3. Sparkly water. I'm addicted. And I recently broke my soda stream.
2. Mighty Maca malt at Whole Foods or mixes of the sort. Banana, almond milk, chocolate, you can't go wrong.
1. COFFEE. Duh. Black. I don't like to ruin it with cream and sugar. That's blasphemy
