Heyyyy!








I made an awesome recipe today, well PERFECTED IT I mean. It's fat free tiramisu, and I'm drooling at the freezer waiting for it to be done. Recipe under the spoiler

I made this today because I love tiramisu. It's 100% fat freeunlessyou include the whey protein and garnish on top

What you'll need:

1 angel food cake

2 Greek Yogurts, non fat vanilla flavored

2 fat free Cream Cheese

3 little tins to put them in

Vanilla extract and imitation rum extract

Some leftover coffee or espresso, about a bowl full

optional: Whey protein in one school and 3 herseys kisses to grate on top

Slice the angel food cake into the three tins

Mix apx a tablespoon of rum, a few tablespoons of vanilla extract, and your coffee together (as shown on left)

Mix one tub of the yogurt, one tub cream cheese, and a scoop or whey protein (optional)

Drizzle the coffee/rum/vanilla onto the angel food cake and layer the yogurt filling on top. You'll repeat this once more with the rest of the ingredients.

Repeat this once more and it will fill to the top

Fill with yogurt to the top and add your garnish if you please


When you're finished, you're going to put it in the freezer or fridge for a couple hours. I prefer freezer because I like the consistency. And there you go! Guilt free DELICIOUS tiramisu.

I'll be sharing a room with the beautiful Yesenia and shooting some sets! I'm in great condition and really ready to be on the front page. I'm trying not to think about all the amazing ladies I'm going to meet because it gets me way to pumped up. I just packed a shitload of things into one briefcase because I have no idea about the weather or conditions. It's a shame they only let you take one carry on, I think that's just plain wrong.

Aside from that, I'm investing in a vaporizor. I'm tired of my throat feeling like a fire breathing dragon after I use my pipe. I'm also learning more about protein and how much my body feels so much better after eating the proper amount. Still learning about being a vegetarian and the food sources I need. Keep in mine I'm allergic to everything hah.
