I was going through pictures on here and decided to look through all the photosets I've done and what they meant to me. Now although these didn't get accepted, I still enjoy them and SO WILL YOU...
The first set I ever did was the one that got me accepted. I honestly hate this set lol. I was nervous in my own house but Taye made me feel so comfortable. Enough for me to stick around.
The second set I did about a year later. I had way more tattoos and was finally ready to start shooting again. My friend and I drove up to where Taye was living at the time which took us about double the time due to getting lost. It was an adventure, no doubt. This set got accepted and I got paid however this was when member review started. I wasn't too active so I just let it sit there.
The next set was last year. At this time, I think Taye was taking a break so I contacted glennsweet. We hit it off very well and took pictures in his studio. Wardrobe malfuntions and prop craziness made me realize that I should probably stick to simplicity when it comes to shooting for SG. This never got bought, although it's pretty understandable. Some shots are really cool though.
This set meant the most to me. I had just got out of the worst breakup of my life and was moving back home. This was my studio at the time, everything packed and ready to go. We put on the music I cried myself to sleep quietly as Glennsweet shot me for the last time. I wish the photography was more SG style and it could have been more interesting. I know I know, haha.
And the last set! Lorelei is awesome and I deffinetly plan on shooting with her around June or so. This took two tries, thanks to the sun and directions and all kinds of stuff. It's a beautiful area out there, but the sun kicked my ass. Next time is deffinetly indoors haha.
I've deffinetly changed throughout, and it's funny to see I look nothing like any of the photos really when I look in the mirror. There's something there I dont see myself that the camera sees, and hopefully you guys see that too
