I started doing the new Weight Watchers and working with a personal trainer and I lost 8lbs (!!!) this week.
Super excited!

That's great! Just keep in mind and don't get down that subsequent weeks might not be so effective, right now you've lost water weight. But it's still absolutely terrific! YAY! = )

Just a thought that struck me: the real thing you should be proud of is not the actual weight loss (although GO YOU!) its the fact that you're doing something proactive to better yourself; become healthier, etc. Make that fact the focus of your excitement, and the weight loss ups and downs won't be something that you'll end up fixating on.
