What an amazing work out!!
I feel so energized!!
1 hour = 4 miles = 616 cals on the eliptical
15 mins = .5 miles = 54 cals on the treadmill to cool down
Plus, the gym scale, which reads at least 2 pounds heavy compard to both LAW and my doctor's office read me at 2 pounds lighter than what either of those said yesterday!! Does that mean 4 pounds? We'll see this evening!!!
On an entirely different note, a friend of mine (one that none of you know, I promise) is very sick. She's had anorexia for a good long time and I was reading her journal just now and I'm scared for her. She says she's around 85 pounds and I believe her. The pictures she posted are just scarey. It's not so much that 85 pounds is such a terrible weight for a really short person, but she's not exceptionally short. I'd say she is at least 5'4" or 5'5". Thus, she's a rail. she's been going to a nutritionist and she's just starting to realize how bad she's gotten. She can't stand for more than 5 minutes, she aches, she's always cold, she's too tired to do anything, and now it's finally hit her how bad it has gotten and she seems petrified. I understand the fear of gaining weight but wanting to remain alive and that's exactly where she is right now. She says at the end of this semester she's going into a clinic and I just hope she makes it that far.
So, please keep Analee in your prayers.
