NIN show 2 of 2. Tonight was a definate step up from last night. I would've been totally satisfied if they played Getting Smaller, but it was probably the only thing left out that they've played at other shows.
Starfuckers killed. I went nuts, everyone went nuts, it was huge. That song is meant to be heard live. The Day The World Went Away was deafening, it was great. And The Wretched was amazing. I love The Fragile and I'm glad he gave a bit more attention to it tonight, but it was at the sacrifice of some new stuff.
To see a band like NIN twice in 2 days, and to only hear a couple of my favourites but still be so impressed, I can't even imagine what hearing some stuff will be like. I'll be there again in the fall.
For the 2nd night in a row, NIN, 5 hours sleep, and 8 hours of work in the morning. And I'd do it every day if I could.

I tried looking for you in the venue, and in line both nights. I was on the barricade both nights. the first I was on the right, and the second I was on the left. I loved Toronto though. We drove around for an hour trying to find the highway to get back home. It was amusing. I thought as a whole the setlist complimented each other pretty good. I wish they would have played more new stuff though. That sucked.
