I know a lot of you are in lockdown still, or drifting in and out of it. I had a long experience of lockdown in Melbourne that really messed with my head and that I still have a lasting effect from even though since moving interstate I have so far managed to stay out of "hotspot" areas.
So, here's a reminder to look after yourself. Don't feel like since everyone is going through a similar situation as you right now that you shouldn't reach out to someone to talk about your struggles or feelings about what's going on. There are two sides (or more!) to everything and you should be able to express your frustrations, or whatever it is you may be bottling up, as needed. Even if it's unrelated to covid. The world keeps spinning, and life keeps evolving.
Be creative, talk to friends. Start something new, improve skills you already have. Educate yourself (doesn't have to be through reading. Listen to podcasts, watch videos, docos etc) and try to make the most of life with what you have currently.
I love you guys and really appreciate all of you. <3 Reflect on your health in all aspects and feel better one step at a time. xx

Thanks for the positive point of view. It's so easy sometimes to see the troubles and focus on them alone. It's been a crazy few years, and I don't see a end of the tunnel yet, but that doesn't mean I can't make the most of my time in the tunnel. Thanks for sharing!
