found a singer, woo hoo!! his name is nate, he is the weekend dj at our local rock radio staion 107.3 the fox rocks. as it turns out he is damn good! i think (hope) we will have some music posted somewhere soon.

working at the vets office is pretty cool- i get to help a lot of animals, birds and reptiles... but every once in a while we have "one of those days"- either dealing with a death or stupid fucking people who abandon their pets withus... luckily i can deal with most of what goes on- and helping people to better care for their pets makes me happy. or helping to ease someones worries or whatever... plus being able to work with wildlife is awesome- baby bats, possoms, squirrels, hedgehogs and such. we are the only clinic in atlanta that takes in all sorts of wildlife- and we're exotic animals only
so no cats or dogs- which means no "my pet got hit by a car" icky stuff... just weird shit like the cockatiel that came in yesterday with three bb gun wounds.
(just let me get my hands on the shooter for one minute- 60 seconds is all i ask for- i'd shoot him/her in the EYE)
but still- when the bird goes home happy and with proper meds to make it better- it s a job well done!!
