Everytime humanity takes a step forward, it seems to take 3 steps back paticularly with things that are considered "non mainstream", in this case tattoos.
Whilst walking home through the Westfield centre my eyes were drawn to a large display featuring a rather attaractive blond girl, very smartly dressed, with bare tattooed arms, underneath it advised "She didn't get the job -I wonder why?So having a tattoo is going to bar you from all employment ever is itRight than I'd better get booked for "Natural Tattoo Removal"right now.
Seriously though I thought we'd laid this thsis one to rest years ago along with navel rings, nipples rings, lip rings, being gay, being bi....Most employers seem to be OK with it now as it's all gone very mainstream. Lush (the soap place) seems to go out of it's way to employee people with dreads, tats & piercings (well done Lush !).Looks like I was wrong.

I can knit, watch TV and carry on a conversation. Since its just me, the boyfriend and the cat I don't often have a chance to carry on two conversations at once, anyway.
