So I am still working on getting a job and have two good prospects. One is a bar and will pay me pretty good, give me full medical, dental, eye after 6 months. However, I would be working 6pm-3am, 4-5 nights a week and working weekends most of the time.
The other is a caf that would be paying me 3-5 thousand less with no health benefits at all. However, I would be working 6am-3pm which I would prefer and they are closed on the weekends. I also might have a say on how to make the place better and could be paid more if those ideas take off!
So I have a dilemma! Do I take the job with more money and benefits and work shitty hours? Or do I take the job for less money and no benefits, but has more freedom and has a better schedule? Both have opportunities to move up after 6-12 months. Both have a potential to make more but I think the bar will always be higher on the pay scale. There is a small chance that I might be able to get health benefits at the caf eventually but he said he could make no promises!
I havent been offered a job at either one yet but I am pretty sure both will offer me one. Any advice would be appreciated! Maybe I wont even have to choose though!

A bar that has a benefits package. That's pretty cool. I worked night shift for a while and loved it. You should try it you never know. But it sounds like the bar is the better choice. I'm sure you'll make the right decision for you though. Good Luck!
