today i called some dude about looking at an apartment and he said that they were having an open house tomorrow at 3. i told him that i was working, and that i would be working for at least another week straight, and he said, then when were you expecting to look at the apartment, and i said, "in the evening." and he made me feel like that was just ridiculous... like, "no one does that, buddy, so good luck."

it was very disheartening. maybe i should just wait until the end of feb., when i know i don't have a lot of work to keep me from looking...

but i can't.
