Well... I officially moved in yesterday. I don't have my internet hooked up yet- so I'm writing this at work. My puppy is now at the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago- and it's left me broken hearted. He was dropped off Tuesday. I was in Target today and grabbed a toy for him that I knew he would love, until I realized- Hey, I don't have him anymore! I find myself doing a lot of crap like that these past two days... and I really feel bad for my cat- he lost his bestfriend, and ear cleaner. I didn't think it would be this rough... it was the worst trying to sleep Tuesday night because my puppy always slept right next to me... Not to mention in my new place, my mattresses didn't fit up the stairs, so I had to bring my camping air mattress, only to find it doesn't work- sleeping on the cold hard floor sucks ass. Ugh! And on top of all that- the day I moved out of my old place, our neighbors 18 year old son died that night of a drug overdose and my roomate and I knew the neighbors fairly well, so it was really hard seeing all the family! It's been a rather crazy week... hopefully the weekend will be better even though I have to work. Eww. Working nights on the weekends sucks ass too!
