As some people knows, last year I started therapy, ‘cause I’ve dealing with my depression for over 10 years. I am also studying nursing, so since I get my head better, I learned many things about mental health.
This year I became part of my university’s academic league, and then, part of the staff too. One of my biggest goal to that, is to do more and more meetings that teachs the students how to deal with feelings, pression, depression, anxiety and self steem, showing that they are NOT alone in this jorney. I want to show how important is to take care of our mental health and call a professional help whenever we need, ‘cause it’s not a shame having problems or bad moments, as students we have a lot of challenge to deal everyday!
So my part spreading positivity is using my academic league to share mental health, that I didn’t had in my past, but it can help people to get better!🧡💛💚💙💜
