Ugh, it's bee like a month, and I haven't written anyting in this lousy journal. No time for love Dr. Jones! Clerks anyone? ANYWAYS.... I'm incredibly pleased at how this whole music thing is turning out for me. I'm really excited about this band thing, and I hope to post some of the pictures and song as soon as we get them recorded. It is really surprising that this band already has label attention, alas, history repeats itself I'm afraid... I was almost signed once, but the rest of the guys backed out before we could continue on. I really hope that doesn't happen this time. Although, I have a good feeling about this one, and I have a good vibe from all of the other guys. The only problem is, we need a solid bass player. we have been looking high and low, and nobody seems to fit the mold. The last guy we had out, his name was Woodrow. Talk about weird, this guy was like 35, still trying to live the dream... Trying to live off the music!!! grr... It still frustrates me that people think they can actually live off of making local music. It takes alot of hard work, and blood to really make any money whatsoever. Oh well, anyone have any comments from past experiences?
