I used to only eat meat that was cooked black. Now I've discovered the joys of bloody flesh. We went for sushi last night at a place that serves venison tataki. What is that, you ask? It is deer meat that has been only briefly seared, cut thinly, and arranged in the most delicious ponzu-like sauce. Thin, bloody game meat is sexy food.

I finally saw Star Wars last night too. I couldn't get enough of it. It was spectacular, and I loved how dark it was. I wanted to slap Padme though, for becoming such a weak, whiny, dipstick of a character. Also, I snickered audibly during that "I love you, no, I LOVE YOU" dialogue.

And now I really want a big lizard I can ride on.

I'm so very glad Michael Jackson was acquitted. I really believe that he is an innocent, confused man who views children as his peers. While having sleepovers with them may have been inappropriate behaviour, I doubt that it was malicious, or abusive. What would his kind of upbringing have done to you?

Two days ago, I slipped while pulling in a carriage and smashed the points of both my elbows on the concrete. I always hurt myself the worst when there's no good reason. They are both going black and one of them is doing this nifty grinding thing when I touch it.

It's sunny again. Life is grand. I'm going to work some horses, and go for a skate. GET OFF YOUR COMPUTER AND GO OUTSIDE.

xoxo

Right on! A bloody steak = good. biggrin

But I like some meat reallly cooked too....

I find it hard to believe MJ is innocent. I think the prosecution didn't do as good a job as his defense ... but there are only a few people who'd know for sure.....

So you had yourself an interesting weekend too huh? Awesome! biggrin

I've had beef tataki, but not venison - drooling to think about it though!
