So I'm pretty bummed out.
Back in at the end of August last year, I started Slimming World with my good lady. We fondly call it "Fat Club".
As of the 30/08/10, I weighed in at 19st 0.5lbs. I had a great first week, losing 7.5lbs.
As of the 21/02/11, I weighed in at 16st 8.5lbs. That is the lowest I've been in years. I can't remember when I was that "thin".
With Slimming World, if you do or don't have a target weight, they give you a "Club Ten" either way. That's a target which aims for a 10% body weight loss. I was lucky enough to reach that in a couple of months.
I returned from my weigh in/group meet this evening, weighing in at 17st 6.5lbs. A mere 2 pounds from a total gain of a stone (14lbs) since 21/02/11.
I just can't get out of this funk. Trying to get back into the swing of things, trying to get back into the mind set that I was in. It's pretty much the hardest thing I've had to do.
Anyway, now that the Easter Break is over, I've had my holiday and it's pretty much back to the "norm", I'm determined to get back on track, to lose what I've gained and to get closer to that 14st target.

good luck getting motivated (it SUCKS!) as its the hardest part of the keeping fit fiasco. if you want someone to stand behind you and crack a whip, im going to be unemployed in like a month or so?
