I hope all of you voted.
Or rather, I hope all of you got a chance to vote.
Sure, 7am - 10am is a long time for people to vote, but after seeing and reading that hundreds of people got turned away from being able to vote after the doors closed at 10am, well, it just makes me sick.
We're supposed to be living in a democratic state, where every vote counts, but does it fuck. Basically, it's the majoirty wins. If people can't get to a polling station between 7am and 10pm, then i'm sure as hell going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the current voting system is utter shit and has to change.
When the people of Iraq and Afghanistan went to vote, there was such an overwhelming response that the doors were left open well past closing to allow every person who had the right to vote to do so.
Why the fuck, in this day and age, are we getting the police force, who no doubt have better things to do, to deny entry to such places as to allow people to do the very thing that we all have the right to.
So now we wake up to a "hung parliament", with an ever growing blue cloud hovering over us, meaning, more than likely, that David "I don't need no hot tub to take you back to the 80's" Cameron will be the new PM.
FUCK. THAT. SHIT.
And people ask me why I bury my head in computer games and comics.
Don't even get me started on people like Sean Connery and Simon Cowell. You can talk about the British Government when you fucking live here...
