I made an awesome Chilli today.
Mince Beef.
Chopped Tomatoes.
Kidney Beans in Chilli sause.
Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.
Tomato puree.
Chopped Onions.
Garlic.
Yellow and Green Peppers.
Chilli Powder.
Cayenne Pepper.
Fajita spice mix.
Red Jalapenos.
Organic Dark Chocolate.
Jack Daniels Chilli BBQ Sauce.
A recipe for the gods.
Chilli is one of the first things I was taught how to make. Easy, but hard to master. I'm very particular about my Chilli.
Today I was off with a sore throat and a bad headache...not at work...bored...blah blah blah.
Very quiet weekend. Pretty much sat and did nothing. Sorted some stuff out and watched a few DVDs/Played Xbox.
The weekends I usually spend with Sarah, but as she was away with her mum, I found myself on my todd.
"It's only a weekend, I'll be fine."
Now, fair enough she has just at this moment arrived in Liverpool, I've missed her a hell of a lot more than I thought I would.
I think I got used to seeing her at the weekend..."You don't know what you've got until it's gone", not that I didn't appreciate her and seeing her at all, but I think it's made me realise alot more how much she actually means to me.
Soppy as fuck I know, but I do love that girl, and I can't remember missing someone so badly that it actually hurts.
So yeah, she's back in the same country, and I might see her tomorrow.
I think it's the first time I've hoped I'll be ill enough to stay at home again, just so I can see her.
*sigh*
In other news. I think I've pretty much decided to keep my hair as it is for at least another year or so. Christ, it took me nearly 2 and a half years to get it where I am today. Might as well cherish it a wee bit.
I'm just getting tired of the maintenance of it all...
Bugger it.
