You know what's funny....when one wears an A Christmas Story t-shirt that says I Triple Dog Dare You! and has a picture of the tongue sticking scene and then opens the mail to find the very same scene represented in christmas card form. Kismet.
OK I just listened to a few songs by Breaking Benjamin, Good Charlette, and Rise Against... they all sound like 3 different songs by the same over processed band and they all ... well suck lol
But thats just my observation and opinion. I had never even heard of or heard a song from any of them before like the last few weeks so its all new shit to me. Hell even the Videos look similar in the way they perform and how its shot.
There are quite a few other bands that i have like JUST been introduced to that have that same similar sound and are from what i have been told VERY popular but untill like the last month i had NEVER heard before... i just can't remember the names

So I woke up to 3....yes 3 slashed tires on my truck and trailer this morning. I guess "slashed" isn't really the right word. More like poked. 7 pokes to be exact....for three tires. You know how hard it is to get someone to come out and replace one truck and two trailer tires at 4 in the morning?
To me the song has a decent hook to it. I'm not saying it's NIN or Depesche Mode or something equally amazing but I enjoy that song. And yes, one of the first things I said when I watched the video was "OMG I recognize that mohawk!!!" lol

You know, I need to get that boxset sometime. That's from when I was born, so I don't feel a personal connection to that team. When they won in 1990 I remember watching it on a 13" black and white tv in my bedroom because no one else in my family cared. That series on DVD would mean much more to me.
Have you seen Salo yet? I have it on my netflix list, but it's listed as "very long wait" so I don't know when I'll get to see it.
