Ho hummmm, Sunday morning, and I am going to go get more ink today. Yay! Just can't get enough of that funky stuff (LOL).
I am still waiting to be pink, but its the weekend, and no news is good news. he he. The women are all so amazingly beautiful, and just hope that I can soon be amongst them. I keep viewing my set & I keep looking at it, hoping that they love it as much as I do!
So, I have to get my son's birthday invitations written out today, scary- he is turning 9 in January. We were bad last year, and he didn't have a party for his him & his friends, so this year- to make up for it- he has no limit to how many friends he can invite (so sorry I did that, I am looking at 40+ kids- YIKES!) I am NOT a kid person at all, I really don't dig other people's kids, especially because so many people nowadays do not believe in discipline- so their kids run rampant all over the place out of control, no respect & it drives me mad. I know its not the kids fault, but still, makes me want to slap the kids ass & say "sit the fuck down, chill the fuck out, and shut up!" I don't of course, I am no animal, but when the kids are animals it is so hard! I've raised my son to be respectful, and it even drives him crazy to see how some of the kids in the world act today. Back to the task at hand, LOL, writing out 40 somethin' invitations, we are having it at a hands-on science museum, Keep the kids occupied running various experiments. My son is a math & science geek, at 8 he knows he wants to design software to help science labs... so his report card was A's math, science, art & music and C's for everything else. LOL. You can see where his real interests lie. Wish schools would not encourage conformity so much. They want each kid to fit into some cookie cutter view of what they think they should be.
My son was bullied 1 day, he stood in the lunch line while a kid was teasing him, saying how he pooped his pants and he smelled, blah blah blah, so he raised his hand to try to get taken out of line, the teachers ignored him, so he stepped himself out of line, the teachers yelled at him to get back into line, and they continued to ignore him. The whole time my son was telling this kid to stop and he continued to tell everyone he pooped himself, peed himself, and so on.. he was also saying other bad humiliating things. Does anyone else remember how horrid it can be as a child to be humiliated? I do, and it sucks ass. So I could not get mad at him for what happened next. He ended up punching the kid in the face, and knockin' him down, with 1 punch to the face (I have taught him to defend himself, I wish he didn't throw the 1st punch, but he NEEDED to do something in order to keep his dignity intact). The kid fell, crying & screaming, and my son, who had been teased for 5-10 minutes nonstop, who tried to remove himself from the situation, multiple times, he tried to get the teachers attention (which they are supposedly encouraged to do) but they were too busy gossiping to see my son was in a bad situation. As a result of my son snapping & hitting the kid, they called me & told me they think he needs anger management!!! He's 8!! I asked them, what about the fact that he tried to stop it, tried to get help but was ignored, the Principal acknowledged that the teachers ignored him, the report even said that he tried getting the teachers but they were unresponsive. So now my son is marked down as angry. He is so far from angry!
I am also not 1 of those parents who are in denial, if my son had a problem I'd get him help. I am the 1st to admit when something IS wrong. Whatever. ANYWAY! I go off on rants sometimes, sorry. Well, off to write more invitations. Will be posting pics of my new ink tonight! Yay!
Have a great Sunday ya'll! (if anyone is even reading this, he he)
