Hopefully things improve for him and it won't come to surgery. Having had multiple surgeries over the past handful of years I know how awful that whole experience can be...I really hope he doesn't have to go through that! I'll be sending him some good vibes 
I'm really amazed at how great I am feeling lately. I've had to battle some health problems for the last 5 1/2 years, and in that time I just really let myself go. I went from being in the best shape of my life to being in the worst. But, I'm finally at a point where I can get back on the right track, and I am taking advantage of it If I can drop like 15 more pounds I'll be really happy...Still have a ways to go, but I'm excited

Seriously. I went out last night to see a friends band play, which was awesome. Got to hang with friends, laugh a lot and let loose a little, it was great. I had 2 cocktails and 1 shot of tequila and this morning I was puking from about 6am-noon. WTH? I don't feel hungover or anything, it was just straight violent puking for 6 hours....
