my vacation was disappointingly boring...
first...i couldn't go out and shop in time for chrismas because of work..then on thursday we were all snowed in and friday when all the stores are open like half the day...i was too busy...*sigh* so i got to give everyone their stuff about half a week late. it's all right though cuz they understand.
second...my friend Samuraivillain was out of the country, so i couldn't hang out with him. mario stopped talking to me...so that wasn't an option....and i couldn't afford to go the SG event in MI...so i had to stay here. i couldn't go see my friend in NC..so now i think she's mad at me..*sigh*.
i didn't do anything with anyone over my break...cuz all of my other friends that i used to go to school with were "too busy" for me. though i did get together with one friend once. it doesn't help that i am on the opposite schedule as everyone i know. by the time i get up...everyone else has already made plans and is busy...and when i'm just "hitting the peak of my day" everyone is asleep and everything is closed anyway...save Denny's...and i won't eat sub-par food every night alone.
let's see....my week finally did pick up a bit towards the end.
one...i met this really amazing girl.
as you might have guessed from my current crush thinggy...Lacy...she's amazing.
two...new years. the first party i went to was honestly boring. it was a at this guy's house...he's from work. i swear, everyone there was trying to get my drunk. they were all like "have a jello shot" "here's a smirnof" "try a mike's hard lemonade"...hehe, but i did good, i didn't drink. then at about 12:30 i left his house and came home for a bit. then i went to my friend's brother's place. it was my friend, her girlfriend, my friend's brother and me...it was great. i didn't drink there either, nor did i smoke. hehe, i'm proud of myself. and then i get to go to work monday...actually later today. hehe...so....gonna finish watching blade one...which is truning out to be an amazing movie...though it just started...so goodnight all.
