so im done with school for the summer, im kinda of relieved, but i know i did bad. i just, for some reason, lost all hope and gave up at around midterms. i basically had a breakdown. but i feel like a load is off my shoulders, so that makes me feel happy.
whats a journal without some pissing and moaning, so here is my weekly rant about why it sucks to live in northern indiana. a lot of kids around here are racist redneck fucks who had their gene pools pissed in.... and here is why. all these kids do is bash blacks, but about 80% have never even talked to one, but they know that they hate them. so i am sitting at mcdonalds, when these dildos in a big truck with a confederate flag vanity plate drive by, but they arent listening to redneck music.... THEY ARE BLARING TO 50 CENT! what the hell. i mean racism in itself is total ignorance, but if you hate someones culture so much, why in the hell are you supporting it! and to top the cake, they see me standing in a old dead kennedys tshirt, staring at them... and all they can say is HEY FAGGOT! so yeah, nothing like northern indiana. i think i hate it here, but this was my rant for the day.
its been about a week since i last updated. nothing much has happened, my friends older sister is home from indy for a while, so we have hung out with her and her boyfriend a few nights. they might be some of the coolest people i know. though we got lost in the hospital last monday.
also, that past week has been officially dubbed 'the week of vinyl.' i dont really know what got into me, but i got quite the collection... adam and the ants: kings of the wild frontier, phil collins: face value, quiet riot: mental health, twisted sister: stay hungry (still sealed), david bowie: rise and fall of ziggy stardust, thompson twins: into the gap , new york dolls: new york dolls (still sealed clear red vinyl), new york dolls: too much, too soon (still sealed clear red vinyl) i know some of that stuff is pretty cheesy, but hey, i like cheesy stuff, and to top it off, since the stay hungry copy is still sealed, my friend has an open copy he is just going to give me so i dont have to open mine. cool friends like him rock.
but yeah, im having a pretty good week i think. its weird working more than 20 hours a week now, but i think ill adjust quickly, because that pay check on friday seems to keep me going. but yeah i think im done complaining for now, so have a nice day everyone.
