i really enjoyed the thread you started in the hopefuls group. unfortunately the only place i feel comfortable revealing my true weight is in the plus-sized women group. hopefully one day that will change.

we would say it as 'uniss' these days. Whether or not the other pronunciation is the correct one that's how we'd say it now.
