It doesn't include utilites but since there are four other people that split them, the utilities are pretty cheap for one person, 60 or 70 in the summer, maybe a little over 100 in the winter.

Eh, I'm not worried about the set. I was just kind of suprised at myself that it didn't bother me.
As for WoW, I still miss it a little, but had so much guild drama bullshit go down in one week that the thought of actually logging on makes me a little sick.
