Getting back into shape again. It's been a couple months since the knee surgery, but almost a year since I was at full strength. It feels good to be running again but I know I'm going to be hurting tomorrow.

Definitely keep in touch and let me know when you're in town, maybe an urban ride would be cool, I haven't been out for one of those in a good while. I've also been meaning to get up to Whistler with the hard tail, but I've been off the bike for a bit trying to focus on some graduate work I'm completing outside of work - fuck life can be too busy. Ditched the girl on the weekend. Really just not working out, somehow I feel better.
I've decided I'm going to head back to Vancouver for July. I can't wait to get back to some serious mountain biking. Whistler look out.

Endless Summer the original is my fav - just so classic, but ES2's not too shabby either. I actually had lunch with Wingnut at the Cactus Club on Robson when he was in town shooting for the Vicki Gabereau show - the guy is hilarious and way less Mr. Good Guy in person, total character!
