There is nothing on earth that I hate more than insomnia.

I cannot sleep tonight. I could not sleep last night. I am tired and have a headache. I feel like something is wrong when I feel this way not physically wrong but spiritually and psychically. I just feel off balance and I cannot discern what the problem is. It could be anything.
