unfortunatley im not vegan anymore. I mostly became vegan after reading skinny bitch... now my lifes too hectic to make food... i just grad a lean cuisine (not vegan friendly) and go... but im thinking im going to become vegan again... i just felt so much better and healthier when i was. not to mention i had more energy...
