On october 13, 1307 the pope dissolved the knights Templar and that's the reason why Friday the 13th became supersticiously unlucky.... But it took seven years to track them all down and eliminate them..

"Dissolved" is one way to put it. The 13th was a mass round up/slaughter of a great many of the Templars. That's the reason it's considered unlucky. It's actually a very interesting story.

Sorry, the comic I draw is steeped in Templar lore, among other things, so mentioning it's like a flame for a moth. smile A friend of mine just told me we're going camping on 6/13, also, which happens to be a Friday, so it's been on my mind.
