Venetian Snares - Szamr Madr got me through today.
Venetian Snares is an amazing electronic music artist and the piece Szamr Madr from his album dubbed "The Hungarian Album"(because of it's tongue twisting actual pronunciation) is hands down one of my favourite pieces of music EVER.
It was back to work today... And boy was that frustrating. Which kind of makes me sad.
I spent a two exhausting years trying to break into this industry and last year I officially did it.
I work for a major advertising agency but unfortunately I couldn't be more frustrated.
The amount of time it takes to get things done in this office, coupled with the fact that all the suits at my agency act as creative directors is very frustrating.
I also feel as though I'm not learning as much as a could be.
But on the positive side, I make damn good money, and I am currently putting together my new portfolio which in turn should help me get a job at an agency that appreciates real left of field thinkers. And hopefully get me the fuck out of Sydney(Plan is to move to Paris in 2009.)
Thank god for Venetian Snares otherwise I may have committed Seppuku at my desk with a Artline Marker(lucky I work long hours huh?)nullnullVenetian Snares - Szamr Madr
