reffing a derby bout in Rochester tonight. On Field Passes for the Bills game Sunday. Week of work that is booked non stop a weekend with the kids, another crazy week, then down to White Plains to NSO the Eastern Regionals. Damn I am busy

Nice! I have an ACDG scrimmage tomorrow, ACDG vs Jet City bout next weekend, and our league is hosting a Ref/NSO clinic headed by Hannah Grenade and Rocky Launcher on Oct 9! I am trying to remember what I did with all my time and weekends before derby! tongue

Wow last weekend Philly for East Coast Derby Extravaganza, this week Calgary for work. Going to Vegas at the end of July for Roller Con then to Austin Texas in the middle of August for training.

Anyone have visit ideas things to do for Vegas or Austin? Besides the casinos

Flying to LA tomorow for the week. Fly back Thursday night. Surgery went well on the shoulder. Hopefully back on skates in a couple of weeks.

Labrum torn up Now repaired
Bicep tendon involved so they removed that and screwed it into my humerous
Bursa sav cleaned and shaved
bone spur removed

4 weeks in a sling
no skating for 8-10 weeks

Ok so I froze my nuts off for Special Olympics ( and more specifically my oldest son ) raising almost $500 in the process.
Within 24 hours I will be warming up to skate my first bout as a Roller Derby referee. Unfortunately I have a ruptured bursa sac in my right shoulder and it hurts like hell so I might need surgury soon.

Ok so since Jan 1 of this year I am down 15 pounds that is 53 since Jan of 08 and leaves 57 to go.

I am going to GALA again this year.
