So tired this morning. Eyes do *not* want to open .. all I can hear is the sound of power saws and other DIY tools .. on a Sunday morning .. the humanity!

Typically as soon as I hauled my arse out of bed to get a drink it stopped .. and now I'm too awake to fall asleep again mad

I think I might spend today whoring about on the Net to see what's new and fabulous. biggrin

maybe you should use sounds of crashing waves or a rainforest, those are much more soothing...

i have the same problem sleeping, i sleep afternoons then cant switch off till come next mornign.
