I am beginning the day by setting goals. I think I need to do this to prioritize my life accordingly. So I think the best thing to do is make a list. I am hoping by setting goals I will worry less and relieve some unwanted stress in my life that has become quite an issue lately.
1. Stick to my new high protein low carb diet. So far I like it. It is manageable. The food is yummy and I can already tell I have lost a few inches in my tummy.
2. Keep saving money for the closing costs on the house Pezmaster and I recently bought. As of current, this is my main cause of stress. Money always is for some reason. I truly believe it is the root of all evil. No more wasteful spending and saving every penny I can.
3. Sell a book a day for the next thirty days. Yes, I have sold 13 copies of my poetry book, so technically I am a published author, but I by no means feel successful. So perhaps if I can sell one copy a day for at least a month, then perhaps I will feel more accomplished.
Where to Purchase My Poetry Book
4. Keep doing my meditation and breathing exercises at night. Hopefully, soon I won't have to rely on medication to relax enough to have a good nights sleep...
I shall continue the list as I think of things to add to it....but this is a good start. Wish me luck.
